In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing or using the mqwin Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a Bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mqwin. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
2.3 These Terms should be read together with the mqwin Privacy Policy and the mqwin Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.4 mqwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published at mqwin.co/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age. Use of mqwin is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mqwin will verify age during the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the User is determined to be under 18.
3.2 Legal Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of mqwin is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. mqwin makes no representation or warranty that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani users must satisfy themselves that their participation complies with all applicable local laws.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on mqwin. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions. mqwin may restrict access to users in certain jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and in breach of these Terms.
4.1 To use the full Services on mqwin, you must register an Account by providing a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth, and a secure password. You agree that all information provided at registration is accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. mqwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, mqwin requires identity verification. You must submit a legible copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a matching selfie photograph. Additional documentation may be requested at mqwin's discretion. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
4.4 mqwin reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time pending completion of KYC verification, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your Account to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
5.1 Accepted Methods. mqwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. mqwin reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice published on the Platform.
5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes subject to network conditions. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 10–30 minutes.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash/Easypaisa — 15–60 minutes; Bank transfers — 1–24 hours; USDT TRC20 — 30–60 minutes. These times are indicative and not guaranteed.
5.5 mqwin does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mqwin bears no responsibility.
5.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source, are your personal funds, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. mqwin may request evidence of source of funds at its discretion.
5.7 mqwin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, where KYC is incomplete, or where an active dispute or investigation is ongoing.
6.1 mqwin may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be published alongside each offer.
6.2 General bonus terms unless otherwise stated: (a) bonus funds are credited separately from main balance; (b) wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) wagering requirements on casino bonuses are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount; (d) only bets placed from the main PKR balance count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.3 mqwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where it suspects abuse, fraud, or multiple Account exploitation. Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per device.
6.4 Bonuses have time limits. Any unclaimed or incomplete bonus will expire on the date specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
7.1 All bets placed on mqwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the Platform interface for each product category.
7.2 mqwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, on a suspended market, or where there is clear evidence of a system error. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the User's balance.
7.3 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under clause 7.2. Bets attempted during market suspension will not be accepted.
7.4 Winning bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Settlement times vary by sport and event. mqwin aims to settle all markets within 24 hours of an event's conclusion.
7.5 Casino game outcomes on RNG titles are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the respective game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili Games, and others). mqwin does not modify RNG outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical events (cards dealt, roulette wheel spun) observable by the User on the live video stream.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mqwin and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 mqwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Users via Account Settings:
9.2 Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. During self-exclusion, mqwin will take reasonable steps to prevent the User from accessing the Platform.

9.4 Gambling should be for entertainment only. It is not a reliable method of generating income and involves real financial risk.
10.1 All content on the mqwin Platform — including but not limited to the mqwin name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data — is the intellectual property of mqwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any mqwin content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mqwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in bet settlement.
11.2 mqwin does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. mqwin will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime in advance.
11.3 mqwin is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures on the side of payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks, or others), internet connectivity failures on the User's side, or third-party software failures affecting game providers.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits mqwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 mqwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the mqwin Privacy Policy, available at mqwin.co/privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to mqwin processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of KYC documentation, transaction records, betting history, and device/session data for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
12.3 mqwin will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
13.1 mqwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mqwin will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at mqwin.co/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance.
14.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of mqwin's operating licence. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of mqwin complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, Users must first contact mqwin support to seek resolution. mqwin aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable operating licence. Details are available on request from the mqwin support team.
14.4 In all cases, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and binding version.
